The Company employs over 30 technicians (III and II level), between employees and collaborators, competent and qualified, always in continuous professional evolution thanks to a punctual and precise training and updating activity.
These analyses provide concrete evidence of material quality. They allow significant savings in the management of non-conformities, returns, and material replacement.
Specialized non-destructive testing to assess the structural degradation of welded joints
Fluorescent magnetic particle testing; TOFD and Phased Array tube weld scanning on HRSG evaporator and superheater headers.
Eddy current testing of shell-and-tube condensers.
By analyzing materials, operating parameters, and processes, it makes it possible to identify the causes that may have led to the failure or damage of a component.
The purpose of Pipe Stress Analysis is to prevent mechanical and structural failures in the system by virtually simulating the different scenarios in which it is intended to operate.
“Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)” refers to all those analysis methods that make it possible to obtain information on the condition or integrity of a component without altering its structure.
Material issues and defects within industrial structures can cause permanent damage, unexpected shutdowns, dangerous incidents, and increased maintenance costs.
Components designed to operate in the creep regime with time-dependent stress values must, upon reaching the end of their theoretical design life (DL), be subjected to a series of inspections aimed at assessing…
Pressure equipment or pressure assemblies are subject to mandatory initial installation or commissioning inspection only if they are installed and assembled by the user on the plant.
Certification
Non-Destructive Tests Staff certifications
The UNI EN ISO 9712 standard deals with the certification of personnel assigned to "Non-Destructive Tests". The certification of PnD personnel is obtained through a training course, specific for the test method of interest, and the passing of a final exam.
The subdivision into the three levels applies to each method of Non-Destructive Testing. The ISO 9712 standard also defines the procedures for certification in the three levels. All training and training activities, aimed at obtaining certification according to ISO 9712, are carried out at our headquarters in Novara and / or on request at the customer's headquarters.
